Quality Inn & Conference Centre Downtown Sudbury

Grant is an amazing staff member—maybe manager?? He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and even phoned me when he saw that I (mistakenly) booked a pet friendly room. He was so helpful. Breakfast-one of the best selections of breakfast I’ve seen lately.

Our stay at this hotel was awesome. After a horrible Airbnb experience, the hotel got us in so fast with the early check-in and made sure that we felt comfortable. We brought four dogs with us and received zero complaints. The staff was great and even made sure to send up bacon for our dogs. At our Airbnb here we were constantly getting bombarded with messages about issues with our dogs, and none of that happened at the hotel.

Very friendly, welcoming staff. I had inquired about a car charger when I booked and they had noted that and it was ready for us and available for both days of our stay. The Sukhdev restaurant was an unexpected bonus and was wonderful.

The on-site restaurant makes this my favourite overnight in Sudbury.

Clean room, great breakfast. Best value for money. Accessible to almost every food/grocery place within 10 minutes drive.
